At Deal With My Claim, all of our legal advisers understand that most people think that seeking legal advice and/or representation can appear frightening, complex, expensive and inaccessible. As a result of this, we dedicate our time to providing legal support in a language that you understand at a time that is most convenient for you. Should you need to speak to one of our advisers, you can call, email or visit us in our office at a time that suits you best – please note that we are open weekdays from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

This is because we believe that our clients should not feel that there may be hidden fees or small print in the terms and conditions that they may have missed when initially signing up with us. At Deal With My Claim, we’re proud to be able to provide an update on your case when you require, which means that you will always feel up-to-date with what progress is being made on your case. Your file handler will be able to provide you with an update via email, telephone, text or in our office – by whatever means suits you best.  

All of our cases are handled by Pabla and Pabla Solicitors, who are primarily based in Manchester, however, we can arrange regular meetings with your solicitor if it is required at any one of our shops.
